Refund Policy

Please inspect your items on arrival for any damages or defects, or if you have received the wrong item. We will do whatever we can to make it right and resolve the issue. Must have photo proof of item on arrival.​

Upon receiving your item, you will have 7 days to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused or unworn with tags attached, still have the original packaging, and with a valid receipt of purchase. Please contact us at info@dadsagainstmediocrity.com to begin your refund process.

If the refund has been accepted, we will send you directions on where to send the item. If an item is returned before approval, no refund will be given. Customer is responsible for shipping costs unless item was deemed defective or damaged upon arrival.

 

Once the item has been returned, we will verify it's condition and notify you of approval or denial. If approved, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several days to see that return on your statements.
